3 Cheese Pickle Chicken Bacon and Spicy Ranch Pizza
Ingredients
- Etalia Nudo Pizza Dough
- Avocado oil or olive oil
- Fresh garlic cloves
- Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Asiago Cheese
- Cooked rotisserie chicken, diced
- Crispy cooked bacon, diced
- Dill pickles, diced
- Granulated garlic powder
- Homestyle ranch dressing
- Sriracha
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 500°F
- Brush Nudo crust with avocado oil or olive oil
- Very thinly slice 2-3 fresh garlic cloves, then place evenly over the oiled uncooked surface of the Nudo crust. Sprinkle lightly with salt
- Top crust with a good amount of 3 cheese mixture of Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Asiago
- Top with diced cooked rotisserie chicken
- Top with crispy cooked and diced bacon
- Sprinkle top lightly with a pinch of salt & pinch of granulated garlic powder
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy - *Rotate pizza halfway through cooking time for even cooking
- Once done, remove pizza from the oven and top with a little more sprinkled parmesan, diced dill pickles, a drizzle of homestyle ranch dressing mixed with Sriracha to your heat preference, and fresh chopped dill. Enjoy!
